Terms of use

MancsNaptár (mancsnaptar.hu and the mobile app) is a test and demo service: people send each other requests and get notified about them. By using it you accept the terms below.

1. The provider

2. A test service, as is

The service is provided free of charge, “as is”, without any warranty. It may change, pause or stop at any time, also without notice, and access may be limited to invited testers. Do not trust it with anything important.

3. Your account

You may create one account with your own e-mail address, and you are responsible for what happens in it. You can delete it at any time on the Profile page (Delete your account).

4. What you may not do

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass others or to send unsolicited messages, and do not try to get around its limits or disrupt it. We may suspend or delete an account that does.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using the service, from its outages or from lost data.

6. Privacy

How your personal data is processed is in the Privacy notice.

7. Changes, governing law

These terms may change; when they do, the date at the top changes too. Hungarian law governs these terms.
